Welcome to Perriam Orchard. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Availability

Our fresh fruit and orchard products are subject to seasonal availability. Dispatch and delivery dates may vary depending on weather and harvest conditions.

2. Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving product from our upcoming harvest. Payment confirms your order. We will notify you once dispatch begins. In rare cases of crop failure or extreme weather, we reserve the right to refund pre-orders in full.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday using overnight delivery where possible. Rural delivery may take longer. We use 100% wool insulation and recyclable packaging to help protect your fruit during transit, but we cannot guarantee condition if parcels are left unattended or delayed in transit.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because we sell perishable produce, returns are not accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on damaged or missing items.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

6. Use of Website

All content, images, and trademarks on this site are the property of Perriam Orchard and may not be reproduced without permission.
