Refund Policy

We want you to love your order from Perriam Orchard.  
Because we sell fresh fruit and perishable goods, we cannot accept returns once items have been shipped.  

If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.  

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved.
